Would you know what to do during an emergency? Learning a few basic skills could make a lifesaving difference for someone you love.
Join us for a free, hands-on CPR educational training covering:

Basic AED awareness
This training is open to parents, grandparents, caregivers, teachers, and anyone who wants to feel more prepared during an emergency.

Motherhood Unfiltered

The kids go back to school on August 10, so take an hour for yourself the next day.
Motherhood Unfiltered is a welcoming support group where moms can connect, share, listen, and spend time with others who understand the ups and downs of motherhood.
Whether you want to talk, simply listen, or enjoy being around other moms, you are welcome.
A free kids’ group is also available for children who are not yet in school. The group is led by licensed therapist Megan Clements, allowing moms to participate while their children are cared for in a safe and supportive setting.

Everyone in the community is invited to attend the Healthy Start Coalition of Okeechobee County Annual Meeting.
Join us as we share recent accomplishments, program updates, and current initiatives supporting maternal and child health throughout Okeechobee County.
The meeting will also include a special presentation from Claudia Adrian, PMHNP-BC, with the MOM Mobile. She will provide updates on the mobile prenatal care program and the impact it continues to have on families in our community.
This event is also a great opportunity to connect with others, learn about local resources, and hear about upcoming programs, events, and services available throughout the community.
