A Monthly Support Group for Moms

Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also feel overwhelming at times. You do not have to go through it alone.
Join us for a relaxed and welcoming gathering where local moms can connect, share, and support one another. This is a space to slow down, take a breath, and have real conversations with other women who truly understand the journey of motherhood.
Whether you want to talk, listen, laugh, or simply enjoy a moment for yourself, you are welcome here.

Little ones are welcome. A free children’s group will be available in the same building so your kids can play in a safe and caring environment while you take some time for yourself.
There is no pressure and no expectations. Just connection, encouragement, and community.

Painting in the Park with Dad
Join us for a fun-filled Painting in the Park event on March 14 from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM at 420 NW 27th Ln, Okeechobee, FL 34972.
This special community event is in collaboration with East Coast Migrant, bringing families together for a day of creativity, connection, and celebration.
Come enjoy painting activities in the park while spending quality time with your family. Don’t forget to wear green to celebrate the St. Patrick’s Day theme and join in the festive fun!
🍽 Meals from Golden Corral will be provided for the first 125 families.
🎉 Special Bonus: The first 5 registered dads will receive a FREE TEAM Dad shirt!

🎶📣 CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS 📣🎶
Are you interested in volunteering at Okeechobee Music Festival (OMF) and receiving FREE entry? This year, Okeechobee Healthy Start Coalition made the decision to cancel our Purse Bingo and instead take on two beverage tents at OMF as one of our largest annual fundraisers. To make this possible, we need reliable volunteers!
📅 Thursday, March 19 – Sunday, March 22
We are looking for 45–50 volunteers to help staff beverage tents throughout the festival.
✨ Volunteer Perks:
✔️ FREE festival access for the day you volunteer
✔️ FREE parking
✔️ A fun way to experience OMF while supporting a local nonprofit
Volunteers will assist with selling beverages via iPad and/or making drinks. All tips plus a portion of drink sales directly support our programs and the families we serve 💚
